White Chocolate Brownie Pizza (Print Version)

Chewy white chocolate brownie base finished with M&Ms, sliced into pizza-style wedges for easy serving.

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 2 cups granulated sugar
03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
05 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
06 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Mix-ins and Toppings

07 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
08 - 1 cup M&M’s, plus extra for topping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch round pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
03 - Add eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
05 - Gently fold in white chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&M’s.
06 - Evenly spread the batter in the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
07 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
08 - Allow brownie pizza to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, sprinkle extra M&M’s evenly over the top.
09 - Slice into wedges and serve like a pizza.

# Notes:

01 - For crispier edges, avoid overbaking; the center should remain slightly soft for a fudgy texture.
