White Cheddar Spinach Chicken Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Patties

01 - 450 g ground chicken
02 - 100 g fresh spinach, finely chopped
03 - 60 g white cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 30 g breadcrumbs
05 - 40 g onion, finely chopped
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
08 - 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

→ For Cooking and Assembly

11 - Olive oil, for cooking
12 - 4 burger buns
13 - Lettuce leaves, optional
14 - Tomato slices, optional
15 - Additional cheese, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently until uniformly incorporated.
02 - Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
04 - Transfer cooked patties to a plate and allow them to rest for several minutes.
05 - Arrange patties on buns with desired toppings such as lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese. Serve immediately.

02 - For added flavour, brush buns with olive oil and toast before assembling.
