01 - 300 g watermelon
02 - 30 g feta cheese
03 - 10 pistachios

04 - 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
05 - 1 tsp balsamic glaze
06 - Fresh basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Using a mandoline, slice the watermelon into thin, carpaccio-style slices.
02 - Place watermelon slices in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
03 - Arrange chilled watermelon slices on a serving plate. Top with crushed pistachios, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh basil leaves.
04 - Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze just before serving.
