Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Brush both sides of each flour tortilla evenly with melted butter.

Press tortillas into oven-safe bowls or invert over the back of a muffin tin to form a bowl shape.

Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese in the bottom of each tortilla bowl. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden, crisp, and the cheese is melted.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until beef is browned and crisp around the edges. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Spoon the cooked beef mixture into each baked tortilla bowl. Add additional cheese if desired.

Top each bowl with diced tomatoes, green onions, jalapeño slices, and a generous dollop of sour cream. Serve with guacamole and hot sauce if desired.
