04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Meat Filling

05 - 1 pound ground beef
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Toppings

13 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
14 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
15 - 1/2 cup sour cream
16 - Optional jalapeño slices
17 - Optional guacamole
18 - Optional hot sauce

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 - Brush both sides of each flour tortilla evenly with melted butter.
03 - Press tortillas into oven-safe bowls or invert over the back of a muffin tin to form a bowl shape.
04 - Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese in the bottom of each tortilla bowl. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden, crisp, and the cheese is melted.
05 - In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until beef is browned and crisp around the edges. Drain excess fat if necessary.
06 - Spoon the cooked beef mixture into each baked tortilla bowl. Add additional cheese if desired.
07 - Top each bowl with diced tomatoes, green onions, jalapeño slices, and a generous dollop of sour cream. Serve with guacamole and hot sauce if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Shape tortillas while still warm for easier molding and a crispier result.
02 - For spicier flavor, add extra jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce before serving.
