Viral Dumpling Salad Gluten Free (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 1 bag coleslaw mix
02 - 1 cucumber, chopped
03 - 1 bunch green onions, chopped
04 - 1 bag dumplings (or homemade), cooked

→ Dressing

05 - 1/4 cup coconut aminos
06 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
07 - 1 clove garlic
08 - 1/2 cup olive oil
09 - 1 inch ginger, peeled
10 - 1/3 cup sunflower seed butter

# Instructions:

01 - Add coconut aminos, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, ginger, and sunflower seed butter to a blender and blend until smooth.
02 - Combine coleslaw mix, chopped cucumber, and chopped green onions in a bowl. Add cooked dumplings on top.
03 - Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad. Toss lightly and serve.
