Tzatziki Chicken Pizza Naan (Print Version)

Mediterranean chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy feta come together on warm crisp naan with cool tzatziki.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 naan breads

→ Proteins

02 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - 1 cup cucumber, diced
06 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

→ Cheese

07 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

→ Seasoning

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

11 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 400°F. Arrange naan breads on a baking sheet and brush surfaces lightly with olive oil.
02 - Spoon and spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the surface of each naan bread.
03 - Scatter shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and red onion evenly across the breads.
04 - Top with crumbled feta cheese. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the breads are crisp and toppings are well heated.
06 - Remove from oven, drizzle with extra tzatziki sauce if desired. Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, bake naan directly on the oven rack during the last 2 minutes.
