# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large low-carb tortillas
02 - 1 ripe avocado, mashed
03 - 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
04 - 12 ounces sliced deli turkey breast
05 - 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
06 - 1 medium tomato, sliced
07 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
08 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, combine the mashed avocado and Greek yogurt until smooth. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Arrange the large tortillas on a clean work surface. Evenly spread the avocado mixture across each tortilla, leaving a narrow border at the edges.
03 - Top each tortilla with 3 ounces of sliced turkey breast, 2 crumbled bacon slices, tomato slices, and 1/4 cup shredded lettuce.
04 - Begin at one edge and roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure the fillings. Slice each wrap diagonally into halves using a sharp knife.

01 - For best results, use tortillas at room temperature to prevent cracking during rolling. Lettuce should be well-dried to avoid a soggy wrap.
