Tuna Salad Nori Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans wild-caught tuna, drained
02 - 3 tablespoons finely chopped celery
03 - 3 tablespoons finely chopped carrots
04 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped cucumbers
05 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped white onion
06 - 4 tablespoons paleo-friendly mayonnaise
07 - 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
09 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - Sea salt and black pepper to taste

11 - Large nori seaweed wraps
12 - Sesame seeds for garnish
13 - Fresh avocado slices

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, add the drained tuna and mash with a fork until broken into small, even pieces.
02 - Add the chopped celery, carrots, cucumbers, white onion, mayonnaise, mustard, ground ginger, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Thoroughly combine all ingredients with a fork until well incorporated.
03 - Place a large scoop of tuna salad mixture onto the center of each nori seaweed wrap. Top with sesame seeds and fresh avocado slices.
04 - Carefully roll up each wrap, folding in the sides as you go to create a secure seal. Slice in half diagonally if desired and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, consume immediately after preparation as nori wraps can become soggy if left too long.
02 - This recipe is paleo-friendly when made with compliant mayonnaise.
