# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar

→ Cream Cheese Layer

04 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 2 cups whipped cream

→ Fruit and Pudding Layer

08 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
09 - 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained
10 - 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
11 - 1 cup cold milk

→ Topping

12 - 1 cup whipped cream
13 - Fresh strawberries, for garnish
14 - Toasted coconut flakes, optional
15 - Mint leaves, optional
16 - Chocolate drizzle, optional

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until the crumbs are thoroughly coated and texture resembles wet sand. Press mixture firmly into the base of a 9×13-inch pan, distributing evenly. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
02 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until completely smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, blending until fully combined. Gently fold in 2 cups whipped cream until mixture becomes light and fluffy. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
03 - Arrange sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer, ensuring thorough coverage.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Fold in thoroughly drained crushed pineapple. Spread the mixture evenly over the strawberry layer.
05 - Distribute remaining 1 cup whipped cream over the pineapple pudding layer, smoothing the surface.
06 - Top with fresh strawberries, and if desired, add toasted coconut flakes, mint leaves, or drizzle with chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for optimal flavor and texture.

# Notes:

01 - For clean layers, ensure the pineapple is well-drained and let the dessert chill completely before slicing.
