Tortilla Pizza Rolls Baked (Print Version)

Flour tortillas filled with pizza toppings, rolled and baked for a crispy, melty appetizer.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Sauce and Toppings

02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or diced cooked ham
05 - 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
06 - 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Finishing

07 - Olive oil for brushing
08 - Grated parmesan (optional)
09 - Red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - Fresh basil (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay the tortillas flat and spread an even layer of pizza sauce on each.
03 - Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by pepperoni or ham, chopped bell peppers, and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
04 - Roll up each tortilla tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
05 - Place rolls cut side up on the prepared baking sheet and lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
06 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
07 - Garnish with grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, or fresh basil as desired and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For even slicing, allow the rolled tortillas to rest seam-side down for a few minutes before cutting.
