Tortilla Cinnamon Rolls Healthy (Print Version)

Warm tortilla rolls with swirled cinnamon, creamy cheese, and a light sweet yogurt icing for a quick treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Tortillas and Cream Cheese

01 - 2 flour tortillas
02 - 3 tablespoons cream cheese, low-fat or full-fat

→ Cinnamon Filling

03 - 1 1/2 tablespoons granular sweetener (erythritol, coconut sugar, or brown sugar)
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Icing

05 - 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or other preferred yogurt
06 - 1 tablespoon granular sweetener
07 - 1 teaspoon milk, if necessary

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, combine the granular sweetener and ground cinnamon thoroughly.
02 - Evenly spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of cream cheese over each tortilla using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
03 - Sprinkle the prepared cinnamon mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer on each tortilla.
04 - Cut each tortilla into 6 strips, approximately 3 cm wide. Stack two strips and roll tightly into small spirals. Repeat to form a total of 6 rolls.
05 - Preheat an air fryer to 160°C and cook the rolls for about 8 minutes, or bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 - In a small bowl, whisk Greek yogurt with granular sweetener until smooth. Adjust consistency with a teaspoon of milk if necessary.
07 - Drizzle the icing over warm cinnamon rolls just before serving.
