# Ingredients:

→ Turkey and Cheese

01 - 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
02 - 6 slices Swiss cheese or provolone cheese, halved

→ Bread

03 - 12 slider rolls or mini brioche buns

→ Sauces and Flavorings

04 - 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
05 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

→ Topping

07 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
09 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Using a serrated knife, slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without pulling the rolls apart. Arrange the bottoms in the prepared baking dish.
03 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with Dijon mustard. Evenly spread the mixture over the cut side of the bottom rolls.
04 - Scatter the shredded or sliced turkey across the rolls. Spoon the whole berry cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey layer.
05 - Arrange halved slices of Swiss or provolone cheese on top of the turkey and cranberry. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
06 - In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, and chopped fresh parsley if used.
07 - Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
08 - Remove foil and continue baking for 5 minutes, until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
09 - Let cool briefly, then use a sharp knife to separate individual sliders. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - To achieve a crisp top, uncover for the final bake.
