Juicy turkey burgers glazed with sweet chili and fresh herbs, topped with crisp cucumber and carrot.

# Ingredients:

→ For the turkey patties

01 - 1 pound ground turkey
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - 2 green onions, finely sliced
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Burger assembly and glaze

09 - 4 soft burger buns, toasted
10 - 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
11 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
12 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
13 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
14 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
15 - 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until ingredients are just incorporated.
02 - Shape the mixture into 4 evenly sized patties. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 5-6 minutes per side, until browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
03 - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to warm through and slightly thicken.
04 - Brush the cooked turkey patties with the sweet chili glaze. Return to skillet for 1-2 minutes per side, allowing the glaze to caramelize.
05 - Place glazed turkey patties on toasted burger buns. Top each with fresh cilantro, shredded carrots, and sliced cucumber. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid overmixing the turkey mixture to maintain juicy, tender patties.
