02 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
03 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
04 - 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
05 - 1/2 tablespoon finely minced garlic
06 - 1/2 tablespoon finely minced ginger
07 - 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
08 - 1 to 2 tablespoons water, as needed

→ Wrap Filling

09 - 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
10 - 3 cups coleslaw mix
11 - 1/2 cup grated carrot, optional
12 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
13 - 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts

→ Assembly

14 - 4 to 6 flour tortillas

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar or honey, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sriracha sauce until smooth. If needed, add water to reach desired consistency.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped cooked chicken, coleslaw mix, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, and roasted peanuts. Drizzle the prepared peanut dressing over the mixture and toss until evenly coated. Allow to rest for several minutes so the flavors meld.
03 - Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften and make rolling easier.
04 - Divide the filling evenly among the tortillas. Roll each tightly to enclose the filling. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the filling rest after adding the dressing enhances the flavor absorption and texture.
