# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground chicken
02 - 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
04 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
07 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
10 - 1 teaspoon red curry paste
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
12 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

13 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

14 - Fresh cilantro, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, cilantro, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, red curry paste, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
