01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 32 ounces frozen tater tots
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 medium onion, chopped
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
07 - 1/4 cup ketchup
08 - 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
10 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
13 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
14 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
15 - 1 teaspoon paprika

# Steps:

01 - Bake frozen tater tots in a preheated oven according to package instructions until golden brown and crisp.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Sauté for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking beef into crumbles, until thoroughly browned.
03 - Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika to the skillet. Stir and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
04 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce, yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
05 - Arrange crispy tater tots evenly on top of the beef mixture in the skillet.
06 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots. Place skillet under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts and turns bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra crispy top, ensure tater tots are baked thoroughly before adding to the skillet.
