Zesty Party Nibbles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound skinny ground beef.
02 - 1 package (1 oz) taco mix.
03 - 1 can (10 oz) chopped tomatoes with green chiles, with juice.
04 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese.
05 - 1 bottle (8 oz) ranch sauce.
06 - 5 packages (15 count each) icy phyllo cup shells.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 350°F.
02 - Brown the beef until fully cooked. Get rid of the extra fat.
03 - Throw in the taco mix, tomatoes and chiles with the meat. Let it bubble for 5 minutes.
04 - Grab a bowl and stir together the cheese and ranch sauce. Dump in the taco meat and blend it all.
05 - Put a dollop of the mixture into each cold phyllo shell.
06 - Pop in oven for 8-10 minutes, or 10-13 minutes if they're still frozen.

# Notes:

01 - You can make these ahead and stick them in the freezer before cooking.
02 - Don't thaw the shells before you fill them.
