A creamy, sweet blend of apples, pineapple, marshmallows, and peanuts, finished with a caramel drizzle.

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 ounces canned pineapple tidbits with juice
02 - 3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
03 - 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
04 - 2 cups chopped red apples
05 - 2 cups chopped green apples
06 - 2 cups mini marshmallows
07 - 1.5 cups dry roasted peanuts

08 - Caramel sauce, for drizzling (optional)
09 - 0.5 cup extra dry roasted peanuts, for topping (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, blend the pineapple juice from the canned tidbits with the vanilla instant pudding mix until completely smooth.
02 - Fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture until light and fully combined. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
03 - While chilling the base, cut both red and green apples into bite-sized pieces.
04 - In a large bowl, add the pineapple tidbits with their juice, prepared apples, mini marshmallows, dry roasted peanuts, and the chilled pudding base. Gently stir to evenly coat, taking care not to mash the fruit.
05 - If desired, top with extra peanuts and drizzle with caramel sauce. Chill until ready to serve.
