# Ingredients:

→ Slaw

01 - 6 tightly packed cups green cabbage, finely shredded (approximately 1/4 medium head)
02 - 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
03 - 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped

→ Dressing

04 - 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
05 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 2 teaspoons finely grated lime zest
07 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
08 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or 1/4 teaspoon table salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine sour cream, mayonnaise (or olive oil), lime zest, lime juice, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
02 - Add shredded cabbage, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro to the bowl. Toss vigorously with large tongs or clean hands until all ingredients are thoroughly coated with the dressing.
03 - Set mixture aside for at least 1 hour to let cabbage wilt and absorb flavors. Toss again just before serving.
