# Ingredients:

→ Meat Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning
03 - 2/3 cup water

→ Assembly

04 - 8 small flour tortillas or corn tortillas
05 - 1 can refried beans
06 - 1/4 cup water
07 - 1 cup red enchilada sauce or mild taco sauce
08 - 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
09 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
10 - 1/4 cup sliced green onions
11 - Vegetable oil for frying

# Steps:

01 - Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart. Add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Stir and simmer until the mixture thickens and the beef is fully cooked.
02 - In a saucepan, gently heat refried beans. Stir in 1/4 cup water to adjust consistency, ensuring beans are smooth and spreadable.
03 - Heat a thin layer of vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry each tortilla until crisp and golden on both sides, then drain on paper towels. Alternatively, bake on a rack at 400°F until crunchy.
04 - Arrange one crisp tortilla on a baking sheet. Evenly spread a layer of warm refried beans over the surface.
05 - Distribute a portion of seasoned ground beef over the layer of beans.
06 - Place a second crisp tortilla over the beef layer and gently press to stabilize.
07 - Spread a generous layer of enchilada or taco sauce over the top tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded Mexican blend cheese.
08 - Garnish the top with diced tomatoes and sliced green onions.
09 - Transfer assembled pizzas to a preheated oven at 400°F and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and toppings are heated through.
10 - Remove from oven, let stand for 2 minutes, then cut into wedges. Serve while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Allowing tortillas to cool slightly before assembling helps them stay crisp under the toppings.
