# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 475°F and place the pizza stone inside to heat for 30 minutes.
02 - Remove dough from the refrigerator and let it stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before shaping.
03 - Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced yellow onions with salt and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes until deeply golden.
04 - In the last 5 minutes of caramelizing, add brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Continue cooking until onions are glossy and aromatic, then remove from heat and set aside.
05 - In the same skillet over medium heat, cook the hot Italian sausage, breaking it into small pieces with a spoon.
06 - Add red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper to sausage. Continue cooking until browned and crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
07 - Combine marinara sauce, tomato paste, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
08 - Divide dough in half and roll each portion on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
09 - Dust the pizza stone or baking sheets with cornmeal to prevent sticking.
10 - Transfer rolled dough to prepared surface and brush the outer edges with olive oil.
11 - Spread pizza sauce evenly on both dough rounds, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
12 - Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, distributing evenly. Arrange cooked sausage and caramelized onions over the cheese.
13 - Scatter crumbled feta and goat cheese over the sausage and onions. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and extra red pepper flakes if desired.
14 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
15 - Remove pizzas from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey and hot honey.
16 - Top pizzas with fresh arugula, sliced red onion, chopped basil, and fresh oregano.
17 - Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
18 - Finish with freshly cracked black pepper and additional red pepper flakes to taste. Slice and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal cheese melt and crust texture, serve the pizza hot straight from the oven.
