Sweet corn, zucchini, and chicken layered with cheese, baked until bubbly and topped with crisp French onions.

01 - 2 cups cooked white rice
02 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
03 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
04 - 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
05 - 1 cup sour cream
06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or Swiss cheese

07 - 1 1/2 cups French fried onions, divided
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - Chopped parsley, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and allow to fully preheat before beginning preparation.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, 1 cup of the French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until ingredients are evenly incorporated.
03 - Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Evenly spread the rice and chicken mixture into the prepared dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
04 - Bake the casserole uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the mixture is heated through and bubbling around the edges.
05 - Scatter the remaining 1/2 cup French fried onions evenly over the surface. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are crisp and golden.
06 - Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish, and serve hot.
