Fluffy biscuits packed with fresh blueberries, topped with a bright vanilla-lemon glaze for a sweet finish.

# Ingredients:

→ Biscuits

01 - 250 grams plain flour
02 - 240 millilitres cold milk
03 - 67 grams granulated sugar
04 - 70 grams cold or frozen unsalted butter
05 - 16 grams baking powder
06 - 5 grams salt
07 - 85 grams blueberries, fresh or dried

→ Glaze

08 - 120 grams powdered sugar
09 - 30 millilitres water
10 - 5 millilitres vanilla extract
11 - 2.5 millilitres lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 232°C.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together plain flour, salt, granulated sugar, and baking powder until well blended.
03 - Pour cold milk and add blueberries to the dry mixture; stir until just combined.
04 - Break frozen butter into small chunks and distribute evenly over the dough.
05 - Gently fold and knead the dough to incorporate the butter uniformly without overworking.
06 - Roll dough on a floured surface to a thickness between 0.3 and 0.6 centimetres. Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter; aim for approximately six biscuits.
07 - Arrange biscuits on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 7 to 12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
08 - Melt 14 grams (1 tablespoon) butter and brush over the warm biscuits immediately after baking.
09 - In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, water, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle glaze evenly over the warm biscuits.

# Notes:

01 - For extra tender biscuits, handle the dough minimally and keep all ingredients as cold as possible.
