Sweet Alabama Pecan Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup granulated sugar
02 - 1 cup brown sugar
03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 120 ml vegetable oil
05 - 120 ml melted butter
06 - 375 g self-rising flour
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 200 g chopped pecans

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Spray a 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) baking dish with nonstick spray.
02 - In a large bowl, stir together granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vegetable oil until well combined.
03 - Mix in self-rising flour, vanilla extract, and chopped pecans until just incorporated.
04 - Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
05 - Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
