# Ingredients:

01 - 5-6 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced into rounds
02 - Juice of 1 lemon
03 - 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon ground sumac
05 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Add the cucumbers, lemon juice, parsley, sumac, salt, and olive oil to a serving bowl. Massage with clean hands for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors.
02 - Taste the mixture and season with additional ground sumac as needed.
03 - Cover the bowl and let the salad marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
