Ground beef bites stuffed with cheddar, topped with tangy sauce, baked golden and garnished with parsley.

# Ingredients:

→ Meatloaf Mixture

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ Filling and Topping

10 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
11 - 1/2 cup ketchup
12 - 1 tablespoon mustard
13 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped, plus extra for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly until just combined.
03 - Take a golf ball-sized portion of the mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place 1 tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese in the center. Shape the meat around the cheese to seal and form a ball.
04 - Place stuffed meatloaf balls evenly on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and mustard, then brush over the tops of each meatball.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Allow to cool slightly, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Do not overwork the mixture to prevent tough meatloaf bites.
02 - Use a thermometer to ensure meat is cooked through for food safety.
