Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.

Cut each string cheese stick into three equal pieces. In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese.

Unroll refrigerated pizza dough and place on a pan. Cut the dough into 24 uniform pieces.

Position a piece of mozzarella cheese onto the center of each dough portion. Roll the dough tightly to fully enclose the cheese, pinching seams to seal. Arrange sealed rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush each dough roll thoroughly with melted butter. Evenly sprinkle the parmesan seasoning mixture over the dough. Lightly press one slice of pepperoni onto the top of each roll.

Transfer baking sheet to the preheated oven. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
