Stuffed Crust Pizza Snacks (Print Version)

Mozzarella-stuffed pizza snacks baked golden with pepperoni and parmesan seasoning, perfect for sharing.

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - 8 sticks string mozzarella cheese
02 - 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

→ Dough

03 - 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough (14 ounces)

→ Meat

04 - 24 slices regular pepperoni

→ Butter and Seasonings

05 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ For Serving (optional)

08 - Pizza sauce

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Cut each string cheese stick into three equal pieces. In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese.
03 - Unroll refrigerated pizza dough and place on a pan. Cut the dough into 24 uniform pieces.
04 - Position a piece of mozzarella cheese onto the center of each dough portion. Roll the dough tightly to fully enclose the cheese, pinching seams to seal. Arrange sealed rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush each dough roll thoroughly with melted butter. Evenly sprinkle the parmesan seasoning mixture over the dough. Lightly press one slice of pepperoni onto the top of each roll.
06 - Transfer baking sheet to the preheated oven. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
07 - Serve hot with pizza sauce on the side if desired.
