Place one piece of string cheese in the center of each dough segment. Tightly roll the dough around the cheese, pinching edges to seal, and arrange seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush each dough roll with melted butter. Sprinkle the parmesan and herb mix evenly over the tops and press one slice of pepperoni onto each roll.
