Stuffed Cheesy Beef Bread (Print Version)

Golden bread envelops beef, bacon, and melty cheese, finished with a crunchy seasoned topping.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
03 - 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough and Topping

07 - 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
08 - Everything bagel seasoning, for topping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
03 - Transfer cooked beef to a large bowl. Add chopped bacon, hamburger seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until the cheese begins to melt and the mixture is evenly combined.
04 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 15 by 10-inch rectangle.
05 - Evenly spread the beef and cheese mixture across the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the filling.
06 - Starting from a long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log, jelly roll style. Pinch the edges and ends to seal.
07 - Place the loaf seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the top with everything bagel seasoning.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
09 - Allow the bread to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

# Notes:

01 - For easier slicing, let the bread cool briefly to allow the cheesy filling to set.
