Strawberry Sorbet Lemon Sugar (Print Version)

Frosty strawberry puree blended with lemon and sugar offers a refreshing, naturally sweet frozen delight.

# Ingredients:

01 - 600 grams fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
02 - 50 grams granulated sugar or preferred variant
03 - 10 millilitres freshly squeezed lemon juice or zest from 1 lemon
04 - Pinch of fine sea salt (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Remove stems from strawberries and freeze if not already frozen.
02 - Add strawberries, sugar, lemon juice or zest, and salt to a high-speed blender. Process until completely smooth and a sorbet consistency forms.
03 - For regular blenders, allow strawberries to thaw slightly for easier blending, then purée until smooth.
04 - Transfer puréed mixture to an ice cream machine if an ultra-smooth texture is desired. Churn according to manufacturer’s instructions, then serve immediately or freeze for a firmer sorbet.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, serve freshly churned or allow to soften for a few minutes after extended freezing.
