# Ingredients:

01 - 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
02 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
03 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

06 - 1 big box strawberry gelatin mix
07 - 1 cup powdered sugar

08 - 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

# Steps:

01 - Place the Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and unsalted butter. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
03 - Stir the vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture until completely blended.
04 - Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex cereal. Gently toss with a spatula to ensure all cereal pieces are evenly coated.
05 - In a separate bowl, combine the strawberry gelatin mix and powdered sugar, mixing well to evenly distribute.
06 - Transfer the coated cereal into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the strawberry-powder mixture, seal, and shake thoroughly until the cereal is completely coated.
07 - Spread the coated cereal in a single layer on a lined baking sheet to cool and harden. For added strawberry flavor, sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries over the top if desired.
08 - Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container for storage and serve as needed.
