Strawberry Overnight Oats Blended (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Strawberry Oats

01 - 240g rolled oats
02 - 125ml milk of choice
03 - 150g frozen strawberries
04 - 250g thick natural yogurt or Greek yogurt (soy recommended)
05 - 8g (2 tsp) vanilla extract
06 - 10g (1-2 tsp) maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)
07 - 1/8 tsp salt

→ Chocolate Shell Topping

08 - 80g plant-based white chocolate, melted
09 - 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (optional, helps thin chocolate)

→ To Serve

10 - 1 punnet fresh strawberries, tops removed, quartered

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all strawberry oats ingredients in a blender and process until a mostly smooth, batter-like consistency forms.
02 - Divide the fresh, quartered strawberries between serving jars. Pour the blended oats mixture over the top and gently smooth the surface.
03 - If using, incorporate the coconut oil into the melted white chocolate and stir until fully combined.
04 - Pour the chocolate mixture over each container of blended oats. Seal containers and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 90 minutes until set.

01 - This blended version of overnight oats creates a smoother, pudding-like texture compared to traditional overnight oats.
