# Ingredients:

→ Graham Cracker Base

01 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

→ Creamy Strawberry Filling

04 - 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar
06 - 3 large eggs
07 - 1 cup sour cream
08 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
09 - 1/4 cup strawberry puree
10 - 1 tablespoon strawberry-flavored gelatin powder
11 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

→ Crunchy Strawberry Topping

12 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
13 - 10 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
14 - 2 tablespoons strawberry-flavored gelatin powder

→ Sweet Strawberry Drizzle

15 - 1 tablespoon milk
16 - 2 tablespoons strawberry puree
17 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix until evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
02 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, blending thoroughly after each addition. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, strawberry puree, and strawberry-flavored gelatin powder. Incorporate flour and mix until smooth and uniform.
03 - Pour the filling over the cooled graham cracker crust. Wrap the exterior of the pan with foil and place it in a larger roasting pan. Fill the larger pan with hot water to create a bain-marie. Bake at 325°F for 60–70 minutes until the center is set but slightly wobbly. Turn off oven, open the door slightly, and let the cheesecake rest inside for 1 hour.
04 - Remove from oven and cool at room temperature. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight to fully set the texture.
05 - In a medium bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreo cookies with melted butter and strawberry-flavored gelatin powder. Mix until the crumbs stick together.
06 - Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and strawberry puree in a small bowl until smooth and pourable.
07 - Generously sprinkle crunchy topping over chilled cheesecake. Drizzle with strawberry glaze before portioning and serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a ultra-smooth filling. Avoid overmixing after adding eggs to prevent air bubbles and cracking.
