Add strawberries and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.

Stir together strawberry milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a mason jar or bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes then stir the mixture again to eliminate any clumps that may have formed.

Place mixture in the refrigerator to set, preferably overnight or at least 30 minutes.

When ready to enjoy, top with a few fresh strawberries.
