Strawberry Chia Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
02 - ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 16 oz fresh strawberries, plus more for topping
04 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice
05 - 6 Tablespoons chia seeds
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Add strawberries and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
02 - Stir together strawberry milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a mason jar or bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes then stir the mixture again to eliminate any clumps that may have formed.
03 - Place mixture in the refrigerator to set, preferably overnight or at least 30 minutes.
04 - When ready to enjoy, top with a few fresh strawberries.

01 - This naturally sweetened pudding comes together in less than 10 minutes of active preparation. It's perfect as a healthy breakfast or snack.
