# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped

→ Assembly

05 - 20 wonton wrappers
06 - 1 large egg, beaten

→ For Frying and Serving

07 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying
08 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

# Steps:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until completely smooth.
02 - Gently fold in finely chopped fresh strawberries until evenly distributed.
03 - Place 1 teaspoon of filling into the center of each wonton wrapper.
04 - Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg, fold diagonally to form a triangle, and press to seal tightly, ensuring no air pockets remain.
05 - Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet to a depth of about 2 inches and heat to 350°F.
06 - Fry wontons in batches for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and crisp, turning once as needed.
07 - Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
08 - Generously dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
