# Ingredients:

→ Tortillas

01 - 4 flour tortillas, 8-inch diameter

→ Cream Cheese Mixture

02 - 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Strawberries

05 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

→ Additional

06 - 2 tablespoons butter
07 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
02 - Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over two tortillas. Scatter sliced strawberries across the filling and place the remaining tortillas on top to enclose the filling and form quesadillas.
03 - Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
04 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
05 - Remove quesadillas from the skillet, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
