No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna (Print Version)

Creamy cheesecake, golden cookie crust, strawberries, and whipped layers combine in a chilled, crowd-pleasing dessert.

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Crust

01 - 36 Golden Oreos or vanilla sandwich cookies, finely crushed
02 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Cheesecake Layer

03 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream

→ Strawberry Pudding Layer

07 - 2 boxes (3.4 ounces each) instant cheesecake pudding mix or vanilla pudding mix
08 - 3 cups cold whole milk
09 - 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

→ Whipped Topping

10 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream or 16 ounces whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
11 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Strawberry Topping

13 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
14 - 2 tablespoons strawberry jam, optional for glaze

→ Optional Garnishes

15 - White or dark chocolate shavings
16 - Crushed cookies
17 - Fresh mint leaves

# Steps:

01 - Crush Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand in a zip-lock bag. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until fully combined. Firmly press the mixture into the base of a 9x13 inch dish. Refrigerate to chill while assembling remaining layers.
02 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Incorporate heavy cream for a creamier consistency. Evenly spread the cheesecake mixture over the chilled cookie crust.
03 - Combine pudding mix with cold milk in a medium bowl and whisk until thickened, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in chopped fresh strawberries. Distribute the pudding layer evenly over the cheesecake layer.
04 - Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, or use whipped topping for convenience. Spread whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer.
05 - Neatly arrange sliced strawberries on top of the whipped layer. If a glossy appearance is desired, gently heat strawberry jam and brush over the fruit.
06 - Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for optimal texture. Cut into squares and serve cold. Garnish with chocolate shavings, crushed cookies, or mint leaves if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For clean layers and best texture, allow the dessert to chill overnight before slicing. Ensure heavy cream is very cold for optimal whipping results.
