05 - 12 egg roll wrappers
06 - Water, for sealing wrappers

→ Garnish

07 - Confectioners' sugar, for dusting

→ Cooking

08 - Cooking oil spray or brush for air frying

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until velvety and cohesive. Gently fold in diced strawberries until evenly dispersed.
02 - Arrange egg roll wrappers on a clean workspace. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wrapper.
03 - Moisten the edges of each wrapper with water. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then roll halfway. Fold in the right and left corners towards the center, sealing by pressing gently. Continue rolling until fully enclosed and edges are sealed.
04 - Lightly coat the exterior of each roll with cooking oil spray or brush. Place rolls seam side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
05 - Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 4 to 5 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wrappers are crisp and deeply golden. Cook in batches if necessary.
06 - Remove egg rolls from the air fryer and let cool briefly on a plate. Immediately before serving, dust generously with confectioners' sugar.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth, lump-free filling.
02 - Do not overfill the wrappers to prevent bursting during air frying.
