# Ingredients:

12 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
13 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
14 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
15 - 1 cup powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and ensure racks are positioned in the center.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Add wet mixture to dry ingredients. Stir just until combined, avoiding overmixing to maintain tenderness.
05 - Spoon batter into greased donut pans, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
06 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until donuts spring back lightly when touched. Allow to cool completely in pans before removing.
