Sticky Honey Gochujang Chicken Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 6 chicken thighs, boneless with skin on
02 - 2 cloves garlic, grated
03 - 3 stalks green onions, white and green parts separated

→ For the Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
07 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

# Instructions:

01 - If needed, debone the chicken thighs while keeping the skin on
02 - Whisk together gochujang paste, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated garlic, and white parts of green onions
03 - Coat chicken thighs well with marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes for best flavor
04 - Air fry at 375°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F
05 - Bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil last 3 minutes for crispy skin
06 - Garnish with reserved green onion tops and serve with rice

01 - For crispier skin, start air frying skin side down
02 - Arrange chicken in single layer for even cooking
