Steak and Cajun Shrimp Alfredo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Proteins

01 - 16 ounces steak
02 - 10 large shrimp

→ Sauce Ingredients

03 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
04 - 1 cup chicken broth
05 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

→ Pasta and Garnish

08 - 1 package fettuccine pasta
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat grill for indirect cooking to reverse sear the steak
02 - Season steak with your favorite rub or SPG mix. Thread shrimp on skewers and season with cajun seasoning
03 - Place steak on indirect heat until internal temperature reaches 110°F (about 20 minutes), then sear on high heat until 127°F
04 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook garlic in butter for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth, cream, and Parmesan
05 - Boil fettuccine for 6-8 minutes until al dente
06 - Let steak rest 10 minutes then slice against grain. Toss cooked pasta in thickened sauce and serve with steak and shrimp
