Spinach Rolls Puff Pastry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
02 - 1 clove garlic, minced
03 - 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
06 - 3 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
07 - 1 large egg, beaten
08 - 1 tablespoon milk
09 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in thawed and drained spinach, cooking for 3 to 5 minutes until warmed through. Season with salt and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a bowl and combine with crumbled feta cheese.
02 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease two baking sheets to prepare for baking.
03 - Lay one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it in half lengthwise. Roll out one half with a rolling pin until it is wide enough to fold twice lengthwise. Mix the beaten egg and milk together in a small bowl.
04 - Spread 1/6 of the spinach mixture lengthwise in the center of the rolled-out puff pastry. Fold one side over the spinach mixture and brush the other side with the egg mixture. Roll the pastry over again to seal securely.
05 - Brush the top of the roll with the egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut the roll into six equal-sized pieces. Repeat the process with the remaining puff pastry sheets.
06 - Place the prepared spinach rolls onto the greased baking sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed up and golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - You can substitute fresh spinach for frozen by chopping and wilting it beforehand.
