Spaghetti with Pepper Cream Chorizo (Print Version)

Delicious pasta with chorizo, shrimp and a velvety pepper cream sauce, ready in under 30 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 250g spaghetti

→ Proteins

02 - 200g peeled shrimp
03 - 150g chorizo, cut into cubes

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 red pepper, diced
05 - 1 onion, chopped
06 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed

→ Dairy

07 - 200ml thick sour cream

→ Seasonings

08 - Olive oil
09 - Salt
10 - Black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
02 - In a large pan, sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic in olive oil until translucent.
03 - Add the cubed chorizo and diced red pepper to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until the pepper softens.
04 - Add peeled shrimp to the pan and cook for 2 minutes until they turn pink.
05 - Stir in the thick sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Drain the cooked spaghetti and add to the pan, tossing to coat thoroughly with the sauce.
07 - Serve immediately while hot.
