10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
11 - 2 tablespoons minced parsley
12 - 1 teaspoon dried sweet basil
13 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
14 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
15 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
16 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Pasta

17 - Spaghetti pasta
18 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (for pasta water)

# Instructions:

01 - In an extra large heated skillet, add olive oil, diced onions and diced green peppers. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat until softened.
02 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant and lightly browned.
03 - Add ground chuck to the skillet and cook until completely browned. Drain excess grease from the meat.
04 - Add all seasonings and spices to the skillet and stir to evenly distribute throughout the browned ground chuck.
05 - Add crushed and diced tomatoes to the skillet and stir to combine.
06 - Add tomato sauce and stir thoroughly. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1 hour to develop flavors.
07 - While sauce is simmering, bring a large pot of water to boil. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the water to prevent pasta from sticking together. Boil spaghetti for 7 to 8 minutes until al dente.
08 - Drain pasta and combine with the meat sauce. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of red wine to the sauce while simmering.
02 - The sauce can be prepared in advance and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
