In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients together. Pour it into a resealable container or ZipLock bag.

Add chicken thighs into the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Transfer chicken thighs onto a baking sheet or baking dish lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Keep the marinade aside for basting.

Bake for 35 minutes total, basting the chicken with the marinade every 10 minutes. Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F at the thickest part or juices run clear.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, transfer remaining marinade to a small saucepan, bring to simmer on medium heat, then remove from heat. Serve this sauce as a glaze over the chicken thighs.
