Southwest Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the sauce

01 - ½ cup sour cream
02 - ¼ cup salsa
03 - 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning

→ For the wraps

04 - 2 cups chopped lettuce
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - ½ cup diced tomatoes
07 - 1 cup salad topped tortilla strips
08 - 4 burrito-sized tortillas
09 - 1 pound grilled chicken, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until well combined. Set aside for later.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and tortilla strips. Add about 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce and gently toss everything to coat evenly.
03 - Lay out a tortilla and spoon ¼ of the lettuce mixture onto the bottom center. Place ¼ of the sliced grilled chicken on top of the lettuce mixture.
04 - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll from bottom to top to create a neat package. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping if desired.
