In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until well combined. Set aside for later.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and tortilla strips. Add about 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce and gently toss everything to coat evenly.

Lay out a tortilla and spoon ¼ of the lettuce mixture onto the bottom center. Place ¼ of the sliced grilled chicken on top of the lettuce mixture.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll from bottom to top to create a neat package. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping if desired.
