S’mores Sushi Krispies Chocolate (Print Version)

Gooey marshmallow, chocolate, and graham bring a sweet sushi-style treat with crispy Rice Krispies.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
02 - 10 ounces mini marshmallows
03 - 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal

→ Filling

04 - 2 cups marshmallow Fluff
05 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips or Nutella
06 - 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

# Steps:

01 - In a large saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
02 - Remove the saucepan from heat. Gently fold in Rice Krispies cereal until every piece is evenly coated in the melted marshmallow mixture.
03 - Place a large sheet of parchment paper on a flat work surface. Transfer the cereal mixture onto the paper and press into an even rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.
04 - Evenly spread the marshmallow Fluff over the center of the cereal layer. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the marshmallow layer, then drizzle chocolate chips or Nutella on top.
05 - Working carefully, use the parchment paper to help roll the mixture tightly from one long edge, creating a sushi-style roll.
06 - With a sharp knife, cut the roll into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the pieces on a serving plate and present immediately.

01 - If the mixture is too sticky to handle, lightly butter your hands or utensils before shaping and rolling.
