In a large saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.

Remove the saucepan from heat. Gently fold in Rice Krispies cereal until every piece is evenly coated in the melted marshmallow mixture.

Place a large sheet of parchment paper on a flat work surface. Transfer the cereal mixture onto the paper and press into an even rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.

Evenly spread the marshmallow Fluff over the center of the cereal layer. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the marshmallow layer, then drizzle chocolate chips or Nutella on top.

Working carefully, use the parchment paper to help roll the mixture tightly from one long edge, creating a sushi-style roll.

With a sharp knife, cut the roll into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the pieces on a serving plate and present immediately.
