Irresistible S’mores Hand Pies (Print Version)

Golden mini pies with chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker, air-fried for a melty, crunchy dessert.

# Ingredients:

→ Pie Dough

01 - 1 package (14.1 oz) refrigerated pie crusts

→ S’mores Filling

02 - 2 chocolate bars, chopped into small pieces
03 - 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
04 - 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, divided

→ For Assembly

05 - 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
06 - Water, as needed for sealing edges

→ For Serving (Optional)

07 - Chocolate syrup, for dipping
08 - Marshmallow cream, for dipping

# Steps:

01 - Remove refrigerated pie crusts from packaging and allow to come to room temperature. Roll out and use a 3-inch cookie cutter to cut as many circles as possible, placing cuts close together to maximize yield.
02 - In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and half of the graham cracker crumbs until evenly combined.
03 - Place 1 tablespoon of the chocolate-marshmallow mixture onto the center of half the dough circles. Lightly moisten the dough edges with water, top each with a second dough circle, and press gently to seal. Crimp edges with a fork for a decorative, secure seal.
04 - Brush the tops of sealed mini pies with melted salted butter. Sprinkle remaining graham cracker crumbs evenly over each pie.
05 - Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes. Lightly coat the basket with nonstick spray. Arrange 2-4 pies in the basket without touching. Air fry for approximately 10 minutes until crusts are golden brown and filling is melted. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with remaining pies.
06 - Arrange cooled hand pies on a serving platter and offer chocolate syrup and marshmallow cream for dipping. Serve slightly warm for best results.
