# Ingredients:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 1 cup sour cream
02 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
03 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
04 - Dash of cayenne pepper

→ Cheese Blend

05 - 6 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
06 - 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan and Romano cheese blend

→ Toppings

07 - 1/2 cup diced Roma tomatoes
08 - Fresh parsley, optional for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure optimal melting and browning.
02 - In a large bowl, combine sour cream, dried thyme, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, Italian cheese blend, and Parmesan and Romano cheese blend until a uniform mixture forms.
03 - Evenly spread the cheese mixture into an oven-safe baking dish or cast iron skillet, smoothing the top for even melting.
04 - Place the dish in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted, bubbling, and lightly browned on top.
05 - Immediately top with diced Roma tomatoes and sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve hot for best texture and flavor.
