Crockpot Steak Bites (Print Version)

Juicy steak bites slow-cooked in savory marinade. Perfect for parties, family dinners, or as a hearty main dish.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes

→ Marinade and Flavorings

02 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
03 - 1/4 cup beef broth
04 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Finishing

09 - 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Using paper towels, thoroughly pat the steak cubes dry to promote even browning and enhanced flavor.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until fully integrated.
03 - Place the steak cubes into the slow cooker and pour the marinade over them. Gently mix to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
04 - Distribute the butter pieces on top of the steak mixture, allowing them to melt gradually during cooking.
05 - Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the steak is tender and infused with the marinade.
06 - Scatter chopped fresh parsley over the steak bites before serving. Serve hot as a main dish or appetizer.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal browning, ensure steak is well dried before marinating. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for one month.
